Mr. Narendra Kumar Tripathi

Civil Engineer · 35+ years of project execution experience

Mr. Tripathi is a Civil Engineer with over thirty-five years of experience in the field of civil construction, with a track record of executing large-scale projects for both government and private sector clients.

In addition to his role at Javi Real Estate, Mr. Tripathi serves as Managing Director of M/s BJD Engineers India Private Limited, where he currently directs the delivery of four major infrastructure projects with a combined value exceeding ₹135 crore.

Mr. Anurag Tiwari

Construction Management Professional · Site leadership since 2018

Mr. Tiwari is a construction management professional with site leadership experience dating back to 2018. Prior to joining Javi Real Estate, he served as Site Manager at M/s Rama Construction, where he executed and supervised the construction of numerous building projects from 2018 through March 2024.

Across his tenure he has developed deep expertise in conceiving, planning and executing civil construction works — with particular strength in building construction, interior projects, structural restoration and architectural conservation.
